Questions about a build, a plant that's misbehaving, or something on this site that looks wrong? Send an email. We read everything.
We usually reply within a few days. There's no contact form on purpose: email keeps the conversation in one place and means we can send photos back and forth.
What to write about
- Growing problems. Photos help more than descriptions. Include your system type, water temperature, and pH if you have them.
- Corrections. If a number or a source on this site is wrong, tell us. We'd rather fix it than defend it.
- Product suggestions. Gear you've used and rate, especially budget options that outperform their price.
- Working together. Partnerships, sponsorships, and guest contributions.
What we can't help with
We're not able to diagnose plants over email at commercial scale, or provide consulting for large installations. For anything past a home or small business setup, you want an agronomist, not a handyman.
